摘要
以溶胶、无定形及晶态的TiO2为原料,在合适的温度和氢氧化钠浓度下,水热合成了直径1-2nm的钛酸钠盐纳米晶须和孔径-3.5nm的纳米管。用XRD、TEM、N2吸附-脱附法分别表征了产物的组成、形貌和孔结构。以不同TiO2原料,控制反应液中有机杂质的含量,可得到晶须、纳米管或两者的混合物。
Under proper temperature and sodium hydroxide concentration, the titanate nano fibers with a diameter of 1~2nm and the titanate nano tubes with a pore size of c.a. 3.5nm, were hydrothermally synthesized with sol, amorphous, and crystalline titania as the starting material. The composition, morphology and pore structure of the products were characterized by XRD, TEM and nitrogen adsorption-desportion methods respectively. From different titania sources, by controlling the content of the organic impurities in the solution, the products of either nano faber, nano-tube or their mixture can be obtained.
