摘要
将优化设计理论应用于喷浆机器人大臂机构的研制,使用优化设计的方法,建立数学模型并求解,得到了优化设计方案,使其大臂的前端呈铅垂线运动,满足喷浆工艺的要求,同时降低了成本。
During the design of shotcrete robot, establishes and figures out the mathematical model of the arm of shotcrete robot with Multi-objective optimal design, which gains the best design. This economical solution enables the end of the arm move along the vertical line approximately which meets the demanding of process maximumly.
