摘要
讨论了基于模糊数学、集值统计原理和层次分析法的工程投标综合优选模型,为承包商提供了一种投标方案模糊综合评价决策方法,并通过实例对其进行了验证,结果表明,此法对承包商进行工程投标决策,提高中标率有一定的积极意义。
In order to provide one reasonable evaluation method of project bidding for contractor composite optimum selection model for project bidding based upon fuzzy mathematics, statistics and analytic hierarchy process is discussed. Example analysis shows this method is good for project bidding decision to increase the rates to win the bid.
