摘要
HS-125型水力测功器是SB121小型航空动力装置高空模拟试车台测量涡轴涡桨发动机输出功率的关键设备。本文简要介绍了HS-125型水力测功器工作原理、主要技术指标、试验程序,概述了试验过程中出现的问题和处理方法。经过数据处理和分析,验证了水力测功器的一些特性,对正确使用和维护水力测功器具有一定的指导作用。
Hydraulic dynamometer HS125 is one of important devices in Altitude Simulation Test Facility SB121 ,which used to measure the power of turboshaft and turboprop engines. In this paper, working elements, primary technology index and testing procedure of hydraulic dynamometer HS125 are introduced in brief. Also problems happened during test, and methods dealt with are explained. Through analyzing the test data, hydraulic dynamometer characteristics are validated, which is a good guide for daily operation and maintenance.
