摘要
文章简要介绍了聚合物凝胶体系延迟交联作用机理,通过优化凝胶体系中各种组分的含量,研制出一种高效延迟交联深部调剖剂。研究结果表明,该凝胶成胶时间在1~6d可调,该调剖剂具有可泵性好,成胶时间可调,成胶后凝胶强度高,对岩心封堵率大,热稳定性能好等特点,可用于深部调剖。
Retarding cross-linked mechanism of polymer gelation system is introduced simply in this paper. A retarded crosslinking deep profile control agent has been synthesized by optimizing the concentration of compositions in the gelation system. Research results showed that the profile control agent has adjustable gelation time for 1~6 days, excellent pumpability, high gel strength, perfect plugging effect to core, and good thermal stability. It can meet the need of deep profile control.
