自体骨髓单个核细胞移植对慢性心力衰竭心功能影响的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察自体骨髓单个核细胞移植治疗慢性心力衰竭的有效性及安全性。方法47例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为2组:治疗组27例,对照组20例。治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上行骨髓干细胞移植并测定治疗前、后心功能指标。结果治疗组行骨髓干细胞移植12周后反映左心室收缩功能的左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室短轴缩短率(FS)、心脏指数(CI)及心室舒张晚期充盈最大彬心室舒张早期充盈最大值(E/A)均较移植术前有明显增加,差异有显著性(P〈0.01);对照组经药物治疗后各指标较治疗前好转(P〈0.05);各指标改善幅度治疗组LVEF、FS、CI、E/A与对照组比较差异有显著性(P〈0.01,P〈0.05)。结论自体骨髓单个核细胞移植治疗慢性心功能不全有效安全。
