摘要
随着我国汽车工业的快速发展和汽车市场由卖方市场向买方市场的转变,汽车市场的竞争已经从单纯的价格竞争转向更深层次的服务竞争。阐述了轿车售后服务体系的组成与功能;提出了目前我国轿车售后服务体系发展存在的问题,并就我国轿车售后服务体系的建设进行了有益的探讨。
With the rapid development of the automobile industry of our country and the transformation of automobile market competition from the sale market to the purchase market, the automobile market competition has already changed from simple price to the service, a more deep aspect. The parts and function of the automobile after - sale service system are illustrated. The main problems that exist in developing the automobile after - sale service system in our country are presented. How to construct the automobile after - sale service system in our country is discussed.
