摘要 由于工业硫酸镍不纯等原因,镀镍液中常因硝酸根污染而使镀层高电流密度区烧焦并发黑,低电流密度区漏镀。介绍了一种快速去除镀镍液中硝酸根的方法:先按理论量的110%在不断强烈搅拌下加入NaHSO3将NO3–还原,然后按1~2mL/L的量加入φ=30%的H2O2并加热,以去除过量的NaHSO3。该方法处理1次耗时2h左右,操作简单。多次生产实践表明其效果良好。初步探讨了该方法的反应机理。 NO3^- often exists in Ni-plating baths as the impurity of industrial-grade NiSO4, causing burning and blackening of coatings in high current density area and the non-integrity of coatings in low current density area. A method for rapid removal of NO3^- from Ni-plating bath was introduced. NaHSO3 with a dosage of 1.1 times as much as theoretical amount is added to Ni-plating bath under intensive stirring to reduce NO3^- and the excess NaHSO3 is removed by the addition of 1 - 2 mL/L H2O2 (30%) under heating. The method takes only 2 h for one-time treatment and is easy-to-operate. Production practice showed that the method had good treatment effectiveness. The reaction mechanism was preliminarily discussed.
