摘要
雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为两组:实验组 ̄(187)Cs23.5mGy照射,每周一次,实验期3个月,总照射剂量280mGy;对照组正常饲养。观察低剂量辐射对大鼠营养代谢的影响,结果表明:与对照组相比血清维生素A、E水平无明显变化;血清总蛋白含量有所下降,氨基酸升高;血清常量元素升高,微量元素下降,但均无统计学显著性;尿维生素B_1、B_2排出量明显高于对照组水平,血清铁明显下降,具有统计学意义。
hirty male Wistar rats were randomly alloted to groups.The experimentalrats were once a week subjected to whole body 187Cs-irradiation with doseof 23.5mGy for 3 months,and the total irradiated dose was 280mGy.Thecontrol group was raised normaly,The effect of low dose irradiation onnutrition metabolism was observed.The results showed that compared withcontrol group there was no significant change of serum vitamin A and E,serum protein content decreased,serum Ca,P,Mg contents increased and Zn,Cu,Cr,Mn and Se contents decreased, but all of these clianges did not haveany statistical significance. Both the excretion of vitamin B1 and B2 in urinewas remarkably higher than those of the control,and the decresed serum Felevel was significant.The results suggested that the person touching withirradiation should increase nutrition supplement and vitamin B and Fe inparticular,so that the effect of irradiation on metabolism cdn be reducedto the minimum.
