摘要
目的观察T4K矫治器对于早期的Angle'sI、II、III类错颌畸形患者的治疗效果。方法选择30例早期错颌患者,年龄6～岁,男13例,女17例。用软质T4K矫治器,若连续两次约诊症状无明显改善时,换用硬质T4K矫治器治疗结束时直到正确咬合。结果三种错颌畸形治疗的平均时间为10.3个月、12.5个月、16个月。结论T4K矫治器适用于早期错颌畸形的矫治。
Objective To clarify the trealment effects of T4K appliance in Angle＇s Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,malocclusion during early malocclusion. methods thirty patients aged 6-13years old with early malocclusion .They are 13 boys and 17 girls. We adopted soft T4K appliance on patients at first.If there were no evident improvements in symptom after two appointments. We would change to the hard ones.The therapy way over when occlusions was cntrie occluslon.Results The average therapy time of three types of malocculusion separately were 10.3,12.5,16 months.Conclusion T4K appliance is adapted for early malocclusion.
