摘要
用循环伏安法研究了聚乙二醇-6000和磷酸钾双水相体系中,各种组分对螺旋霉素推动质子在水/硝基苯界面上转移行为的影响,并建立了一种双水相体系检测螺旋霉素的电化学方法.
The effect of various components in aqueous bipbasic systems containing polyethyleneglycol--6000 and potaSSium phosphate on the transfer behaviotir of the proton acrossthe water/nitrobenzene interface facilitated by spiramycin was studied by cyclic voltalnmetry, anda electrochemical Tnethod for determination of sphayds is set up in aqueous biphasic syStemS.
