小剂量多巴胺给药对严重烫伤大鼠早期乳酸及丙二醛水平的影响

摘要 目的:观察小剂最多巴胺对严重烫伤大鼠血清乳酸和丙二醛的影响。方法:大鼠预置心导管,30%Ⅲ度烫伤后静脉复苏,观察小剂量多巴胺(3μg·kg^-1·min^-1)持续给药后大鼠的一般情况及血清乳酸、丙二醛水平的变化。结果:与对照组相比,小剂量多巴胺治疗组大鼠一般情况好于对照组;小剂量多巴胺能显著降低严重烫伤大鼠血清中的乳酸、丙二醛水平,以烫伤后3~12h明显。结论:小剂量多巴胺可降低严重烫伤大鼠休克期血清乳酸、丙二醛水平。 Objective:To investigate the effects of low dose dopamine on serum laetie aeid and malondiadehyde(MDA) in scalded rats. Methods: The scalded rats with 30 % total body surface area(TBSA) were placed cardiac catheters and intravenous resuscitated with low dose dopamine(3μg·kg^-1·min^-1 , and the blood samples were collected from these rats at different times. The levels of serum lactic acid and MDA in the blood samples were measured and the general condition of the animals were observed. Results: The general condition of dopamine group was better than that of the control group during the first 24 h of shock stage. The levels of serum lactic acid and MDA of dopamine group were significantly lower than those of the control group, especially in 3 to 12 hours after scalded. Conclusion: Low dopamine can reduce the levels of serum lactic acid and MDA of scalded rats in shock stage.
