摘要
在知识经济与跨国多元文化的交错环境条件下,跨文化研究是解决经济全球化过程中跨文化冲突对商务决策带来负面影响的有效手段。通过跨文化的理解、沟通、融合、渗透与互补,达到跨文化和谐并建立具有东道国特色的经营管理模式。
Inter- cultural studies are the effective measure to deal with different side effects, when cross - cultural conflicts influence on business decision making in the process of economic globalization under the combination environment of knowledge economics and multi - cultural nations. In order to establish the harmonious cross - cultural system become the reasonable managing model with local characteristics, we need to put emphasis on the following fields, such as understanding of inter - culture, commu- nication, harmony, influences and mutual compensation.
