离子选择性中性载体液膜光极的响应性能与液膜厚度 被引量:5

摘要 用钙离子光极探讨了中性载体液膜光极液膜厚度与其各主要响应性能的关系。结果表明光极的浓度线性响应范围与膜厚无关。在该范围内响应灵敏度(斜率)与膜厚成正比。响应时间t95则与膜厚度的平方成正比。响应速度与膜厚的平方成反比。光极的寿命与膜厚有正相关关系。在连续测定过程中,光极响应灵敏度以负指数形式下降,下降速率与膜厚成反比。 In this paper the relationship between the response characteristics and membrane thickness was investigated with a calcium ion selective optode based on ETH1001. Experimental results show that the membrane thickness of the optode is independent on its linear response range of concentration, but is directly proportional to the response sensitivity (slop) within the linear response range, and the 95%-response time varies directly with the square of membrane thickness. The speed of response is inversely proportional to the square of membrane thickness. The service time is positively correlated to the membrane thickness.During continuous determinations the response sensitifity decreases (vs. time) in negative exponential mode. The sensitivity decrease is inversely proportional to the membrane thickness.
