摘要
本文以丙烯酸酯封端的聚硫橡胶(Acry-LP),环氧封端的聚硫橡胶(EP-LP)分别同双酚A环氧树脂(EP-51)合成互穿网络和共聚网络,并研究了它们的相结构和性能。结果表明,所有样品都具有低温柔顺性和良好的力学性;对于Acry-LP/EP-51网络,低分子量Acry-LP有利于互穿;对于EP-LP/EP-51共聚网络,高分子量EP-LP有利于提高相容性。
Acrylate terminated liquid polysulfide (Acry LP) and epoxy terminated liquid polysufide(EP LP) react with epoxy resins containing bisphenol A to make interpenetrating and copolymer networks respectively All samples have low temperature properties, good tensile strength properties Acry LP/EP 51 with lower M W facilitates to form better interpenetrating structure, while EP LP/EP 51 with hige M W makes the copolymer networks very compatible
