ESWL与输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术联合治疗输尿管结石 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨输尿管结石的治疗方法。方法采用体外震波碎石(ESWL)与输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石联合治疗917例输尿管结石,其中单侧结石733例,双侧结石184例,一般先行ESWL,ESWL无法完成或治疗无效时需要用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术。结果结石总排净率为99.2%(910/917)。其中ESWL组结石总排净率为93.5%(858/917);气压弹道碎石组结石总排净率为88.1%(52/59)。结论ESWL与输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术联合治疗输尿管结石安全有效,是理想的治疗方法。 Objective To evaluate the treatment of ureter calculus by ESWL and ureteroscopic manipulation. Methods A total of 917 cases of ureter calculus were treated by the combination of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) and ureteroscopic manipulation. There were 733 cases of unilateral ureter stones and 184 cases of bilateral ureter stones. The treatment program for urter calculus was initiated by ESWL. If ESWL was not effective, ureteroscopy and pneumatic lithotripsy would be adopted. Results The total stone-free rate was 99.2% (910/917 ). In ESWL group, the stone-free rate was 93.5 % (858/917 ). In endoscopic manipulation group, the stone-free rate was 88.1% (52/59). Conclusion The treatment of ureter calculus with ESWL and endoscopic manipulation is effective and safe.
