Application of Atomic Force Microscope in the Field of Polymer Science

摘要 原子力显微镜(AFM)作为一种新型纳米显微技术,具有分辨率高、样本制作方便等优点,在高分子研究中获得广泛的应用,本文综述了其在高分子研究领域中的一些应用进展。 As a new nanoscale microscope, atomic force microscope (AFM) has the advantage of high resolution, convenient specimen preparation, and has been applied into various aspects of polymer science. This paper reviews some recent advances of the application of AFM in the field of polymer science.
