摘要 介绍了沈阳重型机械集团有限责任公司在消化吸收国外先进技术基础上生产的全液压四重可逆式九辊强力矫直机的结构特点,采用有限元方法对设备关键承载构件进行了力学分析,分析表明:在最大设计载荷条件下,各构件应力分布合理,保证了设备的可靠性;对矫直机关键承载构件进行了疲劳寿命分析,分析表明各承载构件符合疲劳寿命条件,满足设备设计要求。 Design features of fully hydraulic quadruple nine - high reversing power leveler produced by Shenyang Heavy Machine Co. LTD. were introduced, and the mechanical behavior of the key components under the limit loads were analyzed by FEM. The results showed that under the maximum design loads conditions, the stress distribution of the key components is appropriate, which ensures the reliability of rigidity and the strength. And based on the result of finite element analysis, the fatigue life of the key components was analysed, which indicates that the key bearing carriers meet the requirements of infinity fatigue life, and the design requirements of the leveler.
