摘要
采用两相厌氧生物处理工艺的产酸相作为硫酸盐还原单元,以食用红糖为碳源,通过连续流实验,重点研究了产酸相中COD/SO_4^(2-)值(C/S)对SO_4^(2-)去除率的影响。在34±1℃、进水碱度(ALK)300~500 mg/L、pH 6.0~6.2、氧化还原电位(ORP)-250~-350 mV等条件下,当进水C/S<2.0时,SO_4^(2-)去除率小于81%;当进水C/S值为2.5~2.0时,SO_4^(2-)去除率为90~81%;当进水C/S值为大于2.5时,SO_4^(2-)去除率为90%以上。随着C/S值的降低,SO_4^(2-)的去除效果会将有所降低。
In order to investigate the effect of COD/SO4^2- (C/S)ratio on sulfate removal rate in an acidogenic phase reactor of two - phase anaerobic bio - treatment system, a group of continuous - flow experiments were conducted in an acidogenic sulfate - reducing reactor in which red - sugar was the source of COD . The operation conditions of the reactor was controlled as follows:temperature at 34 ± 1 ℃ ,influent alkalinity(ALK) at 300mg/L to 500mg/L,pH value at 6.0 to 6.2,oxidation reduction potential(ORP) at - 250mV to 350inV. It was demonstrated that the sulfate removal rate would be less than 81% when the influent C/ S ratio was less than 2.0, and 81% to 90% suflate removal rate could achieved when the influent C/S ratio was at 2.0 to 2.5, and more than 90% when C/S rate was more than 2.5. In conclusion ,with the influent C/S ratio reduced, the sulfate removal rate reduced ,too.
