挤出滚圆法生产植酸酶微丸的研究 被引量:2

摘要 应用自主开发研制的挤出滚圆设备制备颗粒大小为40目左右的植酸酶微丸,挤出机在合理的结构参数和工作条件下可始终保持挤出温度在50℃以下。发酵酶液经超滤浓缩后酶液的酶活达到10000U/m l以上时,通过合适的辅料配方,挤出滚圆制备的微丸干燥后成品的酶活可达5000U/g以上,可以满足生产实际的需要。对挤出滚圆方法制备的微丸的颗粒分布、脆碎度进行了分析测试,对辅料配方与酶活的关系,酶活保留等生产中的主要问题进行了分析和讨论。实验结果表明:用挤出滚圆法制备的微丸颗粒大小分布窄,成品率高、机械强度较好,酶活保留高。 The aim of this study was to develop spheronized phytase micro-pellet (about 40 mesh) as feed additive using extrusion-spheronization pelletizing technology. The temperature of materials being extruded could be kept at less than 50℃ under rational structure parameters and working conditions of an extruder. The phytase activity of finally dried pellets could reach above 5000 U/g required through a suitable formula of supplementary materials when the enzyme activity of concentrated phytase solution was about 10000 U/ml. The particle size distribution and pellet friability were tested, and the relationship between formula of supplementary materials and enzyme activity as well as the retention of enzyme activity during pelletization process were discussed. The experiment results showed that the micro-pellets manufactured by extrusion-spheronization pelletizing technology were characterized by a narrow particle size distribution, a high rate of finished products, a strong mechanic strength and a high ratio of phytase activity retention.
