摘要
采用放免法测定３５例肠易激综合征（Ｉｒｒｉｔａｂｌｅｂｏｗｅｌｓｙｎｄｒｏｍｅ，ＩＢＳ）患者血浆胃动素（Ｍｏｔｉｌｉｎ，ＭＴＬ）水平，分腹泻与便秘两组进行比较。结果：以腹泻为主者其胃动素水平显著高于便秘者（Ｐ＜０．０５），表明ＩＢＳ患者胃肠动力异常与其胃动素水平有密切关系。
The plasma motilin levels of patients with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) were determined by RIA.The patients were divided into the diarrhoea group and the constipation group.The results showed that MTL level of the diarrhoea group was higher than that of the coustipation group(633.13±223.68)ng/L and (449.85±119.28)ng/L repectively P <0.05.The abnornality of the gastroenteric motive power correlated closely with MTL level.An increase in MTL content can accelerate the small bowel transit time (SBTT),and it is one of the factors causing diarrhoea.
