摘要 一些氧化物具有良好的离子导电性能和电子导电性能,这种物质被称为混合离子-电子导体,即混合电导材料。此类材料可以是单相材料,也可以是复相材料。通常制成薄膜状或管状,用于固体氧化物燃料电池和氧传感器的电极材料,也可以作为透氧膜材料。文中介绍了混合电导材料的结构、粉料及坯体的制备方法及应用,展望了今后的发展方向。 Some oxides, mixed ionic-electronic conductors, are called mixed-conducting materials. These materials are single-phase or complex-phase and are often made to membrane or tubular. The materials can be used as electrode of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) and oxygen-sensor. It is also used as the materials of oxygen permeable membrane. The structure and preparation of some important mixed-conducting materials are reviewed. The investigation and applications of these materials are discussed. Further work is also prospected.
