摘要
目的:了解安徽省医院感染发病率及危险因素。方法:对安徽省40所医院2006年第一季度出院病历数100742人进行调查。结果:发生医院感染1962例,感染率1.95%;泌尿道插管、人工呼吸机、动静脉插管是医院感染的高危因素;结论:应加强培训,提高消毒隔离质量,严格无菌技术操作,保护易感人群,降低医院感染的发病率。
objective：To investigate the rate of nosocomial infections in fourty hospitals of Anhui province. Methods： All the clinical data of this article coming from 100 742 hospitalized cases in the first season of 2006 were analyzed.Resuits：Among all patients 1 962 were infected.The rate of infection was 1.95%.The risk factors for hospital infection were as follows： indwelling catheter, breathing apparatus,blood catheter.Conclusion：Through performing aseptic manipulation strictly, protecting susceptible population carefully,training medical staff constantly ,the infection rate could be lowered.
