摘要
[目的]探讨腰一硬联合麻醉在剖宫产手术中的应用效果及配合所采取的护理措施。[方法]通过对600例剖宫产进行回顾性总结，在麻醉前、中、后期实施了一系列有效的护理措施。[结果]由于护理得当，麻醉效果满意率达98％，所有手术均顺利完成，确保了母婴的安全。[结论]针对腰-硬联合麻醉的特点，重点做好心理护理，预防低血压的护理，有效预防仰卧位低血压综合征是保证手术顺利进行的关键。
Objective： To probe into the effect of lumbar anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for caesarean section patients and corresponding nursing measures. Methods： A total of 600 pregnant underwent caesarean section were summarized retrospectively. A series of effective nursing measures have been carried out before, during and after anesthesia respectively. Results： Because of suitable nursing care, satisfaction degree of patients toward anesthesia reached 98 %, and all caesarean sections have completed successfully. And both mothers and infants were all safe. Conclusion： To aim at the characteristics of lumbar anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and to ensure caesarean section going on smoothly, the key points for nursing staff are doing well in psychological nursing, nursing on prevention of hypotension, and preventing effectively supine hypotension syndrome from happening.
