摘要
目的:探讨槟榔碱与银杏外种皮提取物联合用药实验室浸杀钉螺的效果。方法:将经石油醚、乙酸乙酯和无水乙醇提取的银杏外种皮提取物稀释成不同浓度,用浸杀法观察24,48,72,96 h的杀螺效果;并与槟榔碱水提物联合用药的杀螺效果进行比较。结果:银杏外种皮石油醚、乙酸乙酯和无水乙醇提取物杀灭钉螺的LC50分别为7.81,27.33和64.14 mg/L,LC90分别为32.70,54.94和170.07 mg/L;与槟榔联合用药后其LC50分别降低为0.85,2.10和10.80 mg/L,LC90分别降低为2.55,5.93和29.97 mg/L。结论:银杏外种皮提取物对钉螺有较好的杀灭作用,槟榔碱的使用可明显降低银杏外种皮提取物的用量。
Objective: To study molluscidal effects of extracts from sarcotesta of Ginkgo biloba combined with arecoline. Methods: Oncomelania hupensis was immersed in different concentrations of extracts from Sarcotesta of Ginkgo biloba by benzinum, acetic ether or absolute alcohol. Molluscidal effects were observed at 24,48,72,96 h, and compared with those of extracts from sarcotesta of Ginkgo biloba combined with arecoline. Results: At 24 h the LCso were 7.81, 27.33 and 64. 14 mg/L,respectively,LCg0 were 32.70, 54.94 and 170.07 mg/L, respectively. The LCso, combined with arecoline, were declined to 0.85, 2.10 and 10.80 mg/L,respectively, LCg0 were declined to 2.55, 5.93 and 29.97 mg/L,respectively. Conclusion: The extracts from sarcotesta of Ginkgo biloba possessed molluscidal effects. The dose of the extracts could reduce markedly when used with arecoline.
