载脂蛋白对冠心病的风险预测 被引量：5

摘要 脂蛋白为球形颗粒，在循环中运输胆固醇和甘油三脂。脂蛋白颗粒主要分为以下大类：低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、极低密度脂蛋白（VLDL）和乳糜颗粒（CM）。载脂蛋白B（apoB）存在于LDL、VLDL和CM的表面，每个颗粒的表面均带有一分子的apoB，载脂蛋白AI（apoAI）存在于所有HDL颗粒的表面。apoAI可能也存在于apoB脂蛋白的表面，而apoB一定不会参与HDL的构成。
