臭氧空气消毒器对空气中微生物杀灭效果的研究 被引量:26

摘要 目的观察臭氧空气消毒器对室内空气消毒效果及臭氧降解速度。方法用空气微生物采样检测方法进行了实验室和现场杀菌效果检测。结果臭氧空气消毒器在20 m3密闭房间内,启动机器30 m in,空气中臭氧浓度达到10.39 mg/m3;启动机器60 m in,空气中臭氧浓度为18.82 mg/m3;在消毒器关闭后,开窗户通风30 m in,空气中臭氧浓度低于0.2 mg/m3。在20 m3密闭房间内启动臭氧空气消毒器30 m in,对空气中人工喷染的白色葡萄球菌杀灭率达到99.90%以上;在40 m3密闭房间内启动臭氧空气消毒器60 m in,室内空气中自然菌的消亡率达到90%以上。结论臭氧空气消毒器在密闭环境内产生臭氧浓度比较高,对室内人工污染细菌和自然菌都具有较强的杀灭效果。 Abstract Objective To observe the efficacy of ozone air disinfector in disinfection of indoor air and the speed of ozone degradation. Method Air microorganism sampling examination method was used to detect laboratory and field germicidal efficacy. Results In a 20 m^3 closed room, operation of the ozone air disinfector for 30 rain produced 10.39 mg/m^3 ozone concentration in air and operation the disinfector for 60 min produced 18.82 mg,'m3 ozone concentration in air. After shuting down the disinfector and opening the window for ventilation for 30 min , the ozone concentration in air was lower than 0.2 mg/m^3. Operation of the ozone air disinfector for 30 rain in a 20 m^3 closed room killed over 99.90% of Staphylococcus albus artificially sprayed in air. Operation of the ozone air disinfector for 60 min in a 40 m^3 closed room eradicated over 90% of natural bacteria in indoor air. Conclusion The ozone air disinfector produces high concentration of ozone in closed environment and has high efficacy in killing artificially sprayed bacteria and natural bacteria in room.
