摘要
目的观察复方次氯酸钠消毒剂杀菌效果及影响其有效成分的因素。方法用悬液定量杀菌试验和碘量法进行观察。结果以含有效氯3000mg/L的复方次氯酸钠消毒剂对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用60min,杀灭对数值仅为1.86;有效氯含量为4000mg/L该消毒液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用30min,杀灭对数值〉5,00。用硬水把复方次氯酸钠消毒剂稀释成有效氯含量为4000-2000mg/L,在20℃条件下放置60min,对有效氯含量没有明显影响。在150ml蒸馏水配制的消毒液中含有稀释液(TPS)15ml,使有效氯含量在4000-2000mg/L范围,对有效氯含量基本没有影响。在150ml蒸馏水配制的消毒液中含30g/L牛血清白蛋白溶液15ml,使有效氯含量在4000~2000mg/L范围,放置30min,有效氯含量3000mg/L的消毒液其有效氯下降率达到50%以上。结论新的悬液定量法评价次氯酸钠消毒液杀菌效果所需剂量明显增加;实验体系中的牛血清白蛋白和菌悬液加入量对有效氯含量影响明显。
Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy of compound sodium hypochlofite disinfectant and the factors influencing its active ingredient. Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test and iodometric method were used. ResultsThe killing logarithm value of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores in suspension exposed to compound sodium hypochlorite disinfectant containing available chlorine 3000 mg/L for 60 rain was only 1.86 and that of B. subtilis var. niger spores exposed to the disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 4000 mg/L for 30 mln was 〉 5.00. When the compound sodium hypochlorite disinfectant was diluted with hard water to a solution containing available chlorine 4000 - 2000 mg/L and then stored at 20℃ for 60 rain, there was no significant influence on available chlorine content. When the disinfectant solution was reconstituted with 150 ml of distilled water and contained diluent (TPS) 15 ml to make the available chlorine content in the range of 4000 - 2000 mg/L, there was practically no influence on available chlorine content. When the disinfectant solution reconstituted with 150 ml of distilled water and containing 30 g/L bovine serum albumin solution 15 ml and available chlorine in the range of 4000 - 2000 mg/L was laid aside for 30 min, the available chlorine content of the disinfectant containing available chlorine 3000 mg/L decreased by over 50%. Conclusion When new suspension quantitative method is used to assess the germicidal efficacy of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant solution, the dosage of the disinfectant required is increased obviously, The amounts of bovine serum albumin and bacterial suspension added to the experiment system have significant influence on available chlorine content.
