摘要 文章综述了谷氨酸脱羧酶的研究概况,包括微生物来源及分布、在微生物中的作用、酶学特性、酶的结构及基因工程,并对其研究前景进行了展望。 The research progress on microbial glutamate decarboxylase, including microbial sources, distribution, roles, enzyme properties, enzyme structure, and gene engineering, was reviewed. Besides, it's prospects were also discussed in this paper.
