摘要
髁突是颞下颌关节的一个重要的生长区,其生长改建与作为继发性软骨的髁突软骨密切相关。近年来,力学因素对髁突软骨的生长发育、损伤和改建的作用逐渐引起学者们的关注。本文立足于颞下颌关节的生物力学特性,就应力对髁突软骨的影响作一综述。
The condyle is the important growth area of the temporomandibular joint. Its growth and reconstructing is very pertinent to condylar chondrocytes as the second cartilage. Recently, it gradually receives the researchers＇ concern that the stress takes effect on the growth, development, injury and reconstructing of the condylar chondrocytes. Therefore, the author summarizes the effects of the stress on the condylar chondrocytes according to the characteristic of the biological stress.
