摘要
通过对现有超细粉末自动包装机进行研究发现现有超细粉末自动包装机存在很多问题,例如精度低、速度慢;通过对一种新型智能控制理论--九点控制器的理论研究,提出了采用这种新型控制算法,它能够很好地改善超细粉末自动包装机在包装过程中存在的精度低、速度慢等问题;在控制算法中,通过偏差与偏差变化率的组合来选择控制策略,大大简化了控制算法,同时降低了控制算法在超细粉末自动包装机中应用的实现难度。
The application of today' s automatic packing machine for super--fine powder is researched. By making a research on a new control theory' --- nlne-point controller, a new arithmetic can well solve the problems in the packing processing of automatic packing machine for super--fine powder, such as low precision, slow velocity and so on. In the control arithmetic, it chooses the control strategies by the error -- error rate combination that not only simplifies greatly but also reduces the difficulties for the application of control arithmetic in the automatic packing machine for super--fine powder.
