调强放疗在非小细胞肺癌中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 调强放疗(intensity modulated radiation therapy,IMRT)是在传统的三维适形放疗(3-dimensional conformal radiation thempy,3DCRT)基础上,随着计算机发展和放疗设备改进而产生的更为先进的放疗技术。相比于3DCRT,IMRT可形成更好的适形于肿瘤的物理剂量分布,从而能提高肿瘤靶区的剂量和更好的保护正常组织。近年来,IMRT已越来越多的应用于临床中:在鼻咽癌和前列腺癌上,IMRT临床研究初步结果显示出其良好的临床获益;但在肺部肿瘤中由于种种不确定因素的存在,IMRT用于临床需要慎重对待。
