摘要
座舱压力调节系统试验台集散控制系统根据专家PID控制原理设计。定制组态软件用VC++6.0工具,包括界面显示、数据管理、通讯及测控等模块。并采用面向对象软件技术实现流程图显示。利用类的封装性、多态性、继承性等设计含流向线、电加热器、阀门、数据显示窗口在内的图元,并把这些图元封装成动态连接库供程序调用。系统运行时,各图元能够根据现场变化信息实时动态刷新、显示,以模拟现场设备运行状况。
Cabin pressure regulation system experimental platform distributed control system is designed based on expert PID control principles. Visual C++ 6.0 tool is used to customize configuration software which includes interface display, data management, communication and measurement control modules. The object-oriented software technology is used to realize flowchart display. And class's encapsulation, chart elements, which includes flow lines, electric heaters, polymorphism and inheritance features is adopted to design valves, data display windows, and encapsulate these chart elements into a dynamic link library called for the programming. When the entire system is running, every chart elements will update real-time dynamically, and display according to information from scene to simulate the scene devices status.
