摘要
分析了应用于电弧超声激励的Buck变换器电压、电流尖峰产生机理,讨论了几种常见的电压电流尖峰抑制措施;提出并设计了一种能够有效抑制电压电流尖峰的Buck变换电路拓扑,PSPICE仿真和实验结果均证明了该电路拓扑的可行性。所介绍的电压电流尖峰抑制措施对于其他电路拓扑也有一定的参考和借鉴。
The generating mechanism of voltage and current peak in Buck converter used for stimulating arc-excited ultrasonic is explained briefly,and then several common used measures to restrain the voltage and current peak are discussed in detail.After that, a new topology,which could effectively restrain the voltage and current peak,is proposed and designed.Both of the PSPICE simulation and experimental results prove the feasibility of the proposed new topology.The restrain measures of voltage and current peak introduced in this paper have also referential values for other converter topologies.
