摘要 随着生命科学和材料科学的发展,组织工程学(TE)已逢勃兴起并取得可喜的成绩.以往在肌腱损伤或缺失手术修复后易发生粘连或术后断裂,导致功能障碍.TE肌腱是最理想的肌腱替代物,目前最主要的难题是缺乏理想的种子细胞,可作为种子细胞应用的有:胚胎干细胞和成体干细胞,其中以自体肌腱细胞效果最好,但由于来源困难,不易广泛应用.目前以人胚胎肌腱细胞作为TE肌腱的种子细胞前景最好. With the development of life science and material science, tissue engineering (TE) has been growing and has made a great achievement. In the past, it is easy to meet adhesion or postoperative fracture after tendon injury or hiatus operation, and result in dysfunction. TE tendon is the best substitute. At present the main problem is to be short of the ideal seed cells, and the ideal seed cells which can be applied arc: embryo stem cells and adult stem cells, in which autologous tendon cells effect best, but it is difficult to use widely due to the scarce source. Currently TE tendon in the human embryonic tendon cells as seed cells has the best prospects.
