摘要
利用厌氧微生物组建技术对重革废水处理工艺进行了工程改造试验。探讨了组建厌氧与好氧微生物的比例、进水水质、进水浓度等因素对改造后系统脱氮、去除COD等效果的影响规律。结果发现,在好氧与厌氧微生物质量比为2∶1,进水水质C/N大于4.0时,组建厌氧微生物的新系统对氨氮和COD的去除率分别达到97.2%和2.1%以上,对氨氮和总氮的平均去除率分别提高了70.6%和6.4%,并且新系统的抗冲击性能大大增强,出水水质稳定并达到了综合废水一级排放标准。对机理进行了初步探讨。
This paper intends to present the engineering practice resuits of the authors with the deep-degree disposal for vegetable tanning wastewater by using the reconstructing technique of anaerobic microbes. It also studied the effects of the ratios between anaerobic and aerobic microbes, the relation between the quality and concentration of the wastewater, and some other factors influencing the removal efficiency of nitrogen and COD in the new system of the wastewater treatment. For our research purpose, we have reconstructed the anaerobic microbe in aerobic pool and optimized the ratio between anaerobic and aerobic microbe, aiming for deep degree disposal in vegetable tanning waste. The results of our practice have shown that the average removal rate of ammonia and the total nitrogen has been improved to 70.6% and 46.6%, respectively, while that of ammonia and organic carbon has reached 97.2% and 90.6% under the weight ratio of 2:1 between anaerobic and aerobic microbe. In addition, the C/N ratio in the waste water has gone up to 4.0. The new system of the wastewater treatment proves to have better resistance to waste water, better effluent property and more stable, thus reaching the first grade state standard. And, finally, this paper also made some problems into the mechanism of modem ways with wastewater processing.
