摘要
针对大型商场营业厅设计疏散人数指标体系的研究现状与存在问题,提出了设计疏散人数指标体系的安全保证率理念,论证了大型商场营业厅设计疏散人数取双休日(而不取黄金周)人数指标的合理性。进一步优化了大型商场营业厅疏散人数指标体系,进一步减少了以此为根据设计的楼梯间宽度,为修编《建筑设计防火规范》提供参考依据。
This paper is aimed to present the authors' investigation and research ideas on the architectural design of the mass-attendance evacuation index systems for the splendid business space of the modernized shopping centers. As is known, architectural design in practice indicates that the total width of the staircase and elevators in the large-sized shopping centers used to be too large according as the current Code for Fire Prevention of the Architectural Design. The reason for this is that the total area of staircases and elevators for the time being usually takes over 10% of the total construction areas. However, things in this way are made complicated With the over-size massvisitors to the supermarkets and top-level shopping centers in China's urban context. According to the research work we have done as well as tt,e work of others in this line, particularly, the investigations made in this way on the weekdays, weekends and during the socalled golden long holiday periods, we have worked out three kinds of mass-attendance evacuation index systems. The first index system is that the mass-attendance index of large shopping business space during the golden holidays can be regulated and normalized. Coming to the actuality of the mass-attendance evacuation controversy, a proper design concept of safety warranty of the mass-attendance evacuation index system has been put forward. To be exact, the mass-attendance evacuation index system should be designed on the basis of the attendance rate of regular weekends instead of the mass-attendance rate during golden holidays in such business areas. Thus, our investigation results of the mass-attendance evacuation index system are optimization-oriented and be more rationally adapted or regularized. In one word, the proper mass-attendance evacuation index system design should be established in favor of further reduction of the width of evacuation staircase and further optimization of the width of staircases on the regular weekend evacuation index. Thus, the architectural design idea of the mass-attendance evacuation index systems for the large-size business space of the modernized shopping centers can be made to well serve as a reference to revision of the code in fire prevention in the design practice of such places.
