摘要
为拓展具有优异抗菌性能的三氯生在纺织工业中的应用领域,采用粘合剂粘合法将三氯生固着在棉织物表面,得到具有永久抗菌性能的织物。整理工艺优化研究表明,当抗菌剂用量为1 g/L,粘合剂用量为40 g/L时,被整理织物经50次标准洗涤后,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率仍可达到70%以上,且整理工艺对织物原有性能影响较小。
Trielosan has an excellent performance in anti--bacteria field. In order to expand its application in textile, adhesive is used to fast it on cotton fabrie. The antibacterial rate of the colon bacillus was more than 70% even after 50 time laundering cycles under the optimized finishing condition, with the concentration of triclosan 1 g/L and the adhesive 40 g/L , and the effect of the quality of cotton fabric, caused by the antibacterial finishing process, was insignificantly.
