摘要
在小样织机上织出两组具有一定规格的涤纶织物,测试其透气性和染色前后织物光泽度的变化情况。结果表明,织物组织相同时其透气量与紧度呈负线性相关,而紧度相同时组织结构对透气性影响不同。表现为交织点越少,透气性相对较好。涤纶织物的光泽度与紧度密切相关,紧度小,光泽度也较小;紧度在一定范围(50%~70%)时,光泽度基本无变化;肾度超过一定值,光泽度明显变大。染料浓度(owf)相同时。分散蓝E-4R对不同组织织物的光泽度影响是一致的;不相同时,织物K/S值和染料浓度呈负指数关系;染料浓度很小时,光泽度有所提高,一般情况下涤纶织物光泽度都会随着染料浓度的增加而减小。
The air permeability and luster properties are tested for the polyester fabric with different structural parameters, which are weaved on minitype weaving machine. The results showed that the air permeability has inverse correlation with the cover tightness when the waves are the same, and the structure has different influence on the air permeability. The less the warp yarn interlaces with the weft yarn, the better the air permeability. However, the luster has great influence on the cover tightness. Except that the cover tightness is too small or too big, the luster has almost no change at the normal condition. The luster of polyester fabric of being dyed with disperse bule E-4R has the same change to the different weaves. The K/S value has inverse exponential correlation with the o. w. f.. The luster degree is getting smaller as the o. w. f increase.
