干细胞在胶质瘤治疗中的研究进展

摘要 浸润于正常脑实质的散在瘤细胞是胶质瘤术后复发的主要原因。干细胞具备良好的肿瘤追踪特性和基因载体特性。将目的基因转入干细胞,利用干细胞特异的肿瘤追踪能力可有效抑制或杀死浸润瘤细胞。目前这项研究主要集中于干细胞的趋瘤生长机制、作为目的基因载体治疗胶质瘤的功效及其安全性等几个方面。 A main reason for glioma recurrence is the disseminating glioma cells in normal brain parenchyma, Stem cells exhibit potent tropism for glioma cells and good characteristics as gene vectors. These capabilities of stem cells mentioned above can be combined to inhibit or kill effectively the infiltrating glioma cells. Current researches focus mainly on the tracing mechanism of stem cells to glioma, the efficacy of stem cells as gene vectors, and their security in use,etc.
