生物质气化焦油净化装置的设计与研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用间接换热冷却快速冷凝悬浮方法,设计出YN03型燃气净化装置,实地运行试验和测试结果表明:YN03型生物质燃气净化装置能够有效地将高温燃气降到50℃以下,可以很好地除去焦油尘,证明该设计是合理的。净化装置具有结构简单、操作方便、运行可靠以及成本低等优点,有较高的实用价值和推广应用前景。 YN03 biomass gas purification device is designed in order to match the biomass cycling fluidized-bed Gasification system of USA because the present technologies of biomass gas purification had many shortcomings.Methods indirect heat exchanging, cooling and quick suspend ed tar condensing have been adopted. The experiment result showed that the purification system could decrease the temperature of biomass gas and get rid of the biomass tar. This system has many advantages such as low cost, simple operation, high efficiency and avoiding the secondary pollution and so on.
