摘要
介绍新浦热电项目取供水顶管工程施工质量的控制方法,阐述了顶管工程施工质量的控制要求,分析了在进行顶管施工过程中,对顶进轴线、管底高程、平面顶进速度、转角、机头纠偏、管道外围压注触变泥浆减阻,以及泥浆置换和地面变形的质量控制措施,计算了机头迎面阻力与机头顶进阻力,并描述了总推力。
The paper described the underground piping laying with piping pushing technology of the water supply project at Xinpu Thermo-Power Plant, analyzing the quality control of the pushing axial line, elevation of piping base, pushing speed, correction of pushing head deviation, resistance relieving at outside piping with high pressure slurry, slurry replacement and ground deformation. Calculation of pushing head resistance and total pushing force is also done.
