摘要
通过对阜新市自然、社会、经济概况和农村饮水安全现状进行叙述,科学、详细、系统的从自然、社会、经济等方面分析农村饮水不安全类型和原因,提出了科学合理的近、远期目标、制定合理的工程建设标准、因地制宜选择工程建设形式、加强饮用水源保护、采取多渠道筹集资金措施、加强项目实施管理、加强技术培训和新技术推广、加大农村饮水安全宣传力度、采取科学有效的工程建后管理措施等解决饮水安全问题的方法和对策。
Based on the Fuxin＇s natural, social, economic survey and present situation of rural drinking water safety, we proposed the reasonable short and long term goals, suitable engineering types and construction standards to enhance water source protection, to take the multi-channel collection fund, to intensify project management, to push technology training and the new technical promotion.
