摘要
阐述了阀式浇注系统控制的关键技术,通过对浇注系统控制充填模式的研究,以注塑流动分析为理论基础,依靠CAE分析技术对浇注充填过程进行流动模拟,分析在阀式控制的充填过程中注塑压力、熔接痕、制件壁厚之间的相互关系,为改善注塑工艺条件和提高产品质量提供了理论依据。
With the important control technique of valve-injection system of mould is analyzed, a new control technique of filling process is introduced. In this research, the theory of CAE is a key technique for valve-injection system to be controlled. According to CA_E, the simulation of filling process will be analyzed. Based on CAE, the interrelation may be optimize controled for press-filling and melt-mark and wall-thick, and thus can be regarded as base for optimize-control of filling process and products.
