摘要
用360度反馈调查的方式研究管理资质与工作绩效之间的关系,发现管理资质水平随管理层次的上升而增加。管理资质与工作绩效之间具有正向关系,而且在不同评价者中,他人评价比自我评价更能预测工作绩效水平。回归分析表明,在影响工作绩效的各种因素中,管理组织和管理任务方面的因素比管理团队的贡献更大。分析发现,团队气氛对资质—绩效之间的关系具有缓冲作用。
Based on the 360 degree feedback, this article focuses on the relationship between the management competence and working performance and finds that, the competence level is changing by the varying of the managing levels; there is a positive relationship between the competence and performance. In the meanwhile, the other -ratings are more accurate in predicting the performance than selfratings. The regression analysis shows that, among all the factors influencing the performance, the factor of man- aging the organization and the factor of managing the task are more important than the factor of managing the team. Besides, the research also finds that the team atmosphere shows intermediating effects in the relationship of competence - performance.
