摘要
目的:获取肾阳虚证患者唾液菌群的基本特征,探索中医证候与人体微生态特性的关联性。方法:结合肾阳虚中医辨证标准与临床指标,筛选了2个典型肾阳虚家系。收集肾阳虚患者和正常人的唾液标本,以唾液菌群选择性培养基培养;计数培养皿表面的菌落形成单位数(CFU),比较肾阳虚患者与正常人唾液菌群重要菌种的检出率与构成比。结果:正常组的优势菌种如链球菌、葡萄球菌、消化链球菌、不产黑色素普氏菌等在两个肾阳虚家系唾液菌群中显著下降(P<0.01),表明机体抵抗外源性微生物感染的能力下降。产黑色素的革兰阴性无芽胞厌氧杆菌、CO2噬纤维菌检出率较正常组显著增高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。细菌检出量的变化与检出率类似,其细菌构成比的失调程度,与不同家系患者证候严重程度呈正相关。结论:两个肾阳虚家系的唾液菌群都出现明显的菌群失调,这类证候与人体微生态化的关联性指标可望为中医诊断提供新的参考指标。
Objective: To explore the principal features of the saliva flora of patients with kidney-yang deficiency syndrome, and probe the basic relationships between syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and micro-ecological traits. Methods: We collected two typical pedigrees of kidney-yang defieiency(KYD) syndrome,and also local healthy conuol. Their saliva samples were obtained and cultured in a series of selected media. After cultured in either aerobic or anaerobic incubator, the colony forming units (CFU) were counted. Results:The CFU of the predominant bacteria such as streptococcus,staphylococcus and bactericides in normal group decreased in two kidney-yang deficiency syndrome groups (P〈 0.01), which suggests that such patients have attenuated capability for anti-irffection. Whereas the CFUs of both G-actinomyces and capnocytophaga were significandy increased in kidney-yang deficiency syndreme patients compared with those of the healthy control. Conclusion: Significant dysbecteriosis are demonstrated in the saliva flora of beth KYD pedigrees. Such micro-ecological index can be used as a new index for syndrome differentiation.
