摘要
中国哲学的合法性是当前中国哲学界的焦点和热点问题。在围绕着这一问题的众多争论中,许多学者往往忽视中国哲学史的合法性与中国哲学的合法性之间的区别。作为当前争论的核心,中国哲学的合法性问题具有产生的时代背景、认识论根源以及历史根源。其中,当代中国哲学未能承担起为化解时代问题提供意义诠释基础的责任是造成中国哲学合法性危机的根本原因。因此,要化解这一危机,应该在中国传统学术资源的基础上,在以形而上学为核心的作为共相的哲学学科规范下,通过化解中国乃至全人类所共同面临的时代问题来创制新的哲学学说,在建构中国哲学的主体性的过程中,最终实现对中国哲学合法性危机的超越。
The legitimacy of Chinese philosophy is now a hot focus in the field of Chinese philosophy. In fact, the focus issue is the legitimacy of Chinese philosophy instead of the legitimacy of Chinese history of philosophy. This issue has many causes including the context of ages, the source of epistemology and the context of history, among which, the main cause is that the contemporary Chinese philosophy hasn＇t taken the responsibility of providing bases for meaning explanation in solving the problems we are facing now concerning China and the whole world. Therefore, we should make great efforts to construct new philosophical theories to solve these problems according to the criteria of philosophy as a generality based on the resources of Chinese traditional philosophy. Only through this can we solve the problem of legitimacy of Chinese philosophy during the process of constructing the subjectivity of Chinese philosophy.
