摘要
建立了空间双质体长距离水平非线性振动输送机力学模型,对系统进行了动力学及自同步分析,得出双质体振动输送机同步性指数与稳定性指数等参数关系。由试验知,当配对电动机差率小于1.2%时,易实现系统双电动机自同步运转;控制振动方向角及2个电动机安装时的错位误差,对保障系统同步性、稳定性,亦极为重要。
A dynamic model for space double-mass long-distance level nonlinear vibrator conveyer is set up. Analysis of dynamics and self-synchronism theory of the system are carried out, and the relation between the index number of synchronism and stability are obtained. The research is applied to conveying of granular material. According to the experiment, when the extent of the distinction between the conveyer and the motor is less than 1.2%, it is easy to realize the function of the systems self-synchronism. And it is very important for the synchronism of the system and stability to control the vibrating direction and position error when fixing two motors.
