摘要
实验发现了微通道在高热流密度下会发生一种长周期/大幅度液体/两相间歇流。它发生在贮液容器内的液体处于近乎饱和温度的条件下,表现出实验段压差,质量流速,通道进出口温度及壁温作有规律的长周期及大幅度脉动。通道内随时间发生液体和两相流的间歇流动,实验证实该类流动是由于通道内质量流速与入口温度间的负反馈效应引起的。
A type of long period/large amplitude liquid/two - phase alternative flow was identified with the micro- tube at high heat fluxes. The oscillation flow is occured near the liquid saturation temperature of the 100℃ water source tank, and shows the large amplitude oscillations of pressure drop, mass flux, inlet and outlet temperatures and wall temperatures with long time period. Liquid flow and two- phase flow appear in the micro - tube alternatively. It is confirmed that such type of oscillation flow is caused by the feedback control of the mass flux and the inlet liquid temperature of the microtube.
