摘要
综述了多轴振动环境试验的技术特点和发展现状,研究了多轴振动环境的模拟方法,讨论了多轴振动环境试验条件的定义、系统的技术关键和解决途径,介绍了多轴振动台和多轴振动控制系统的主要原理和技术性能以及多轴振动环境试验在航天产品研制过程中的应用。由于多轴振动试验技术能够更真实地模拟外场使用环境。
The technical properties and developing status of multi axis vibration environment tests are summarized. The simulation methods for multi axis environments are investigated. The definition of multi axis testing criteria and the technical keys of multi axis vibration testing systems and their solutions are discussed. The major fundamentals and technical performances of multi axis simulation tables and vibration control systems and the applications of multi axis vibration testing to design and manufacture process of spacecraft are introduced. The multi axis vibration testing technique can be more realistic to simulate field service environment in the laboratory, so it provides more useful procedures for design verification of spacecraft.
